• First, update the app to version 7.4.20. Then update the gateway firmware to 1.03.08: power cycle the gateway; once it reconnects to WiFi, it will check for updates within 3 minutes. The update takes about 10 minutes.
• How to replace the battery of the sensor? Can't find the screw position?
• There are 4 waterproof plastic pads on the sensor. You need to use a tool to remove the waterproof plastic pads and then unscrew the screws to replace the battery. For details, you can check out our video: "How to replace the battery"
• How to adjust the sound if it is too low or too loud? Can the volume be lowered or turned off during sleep?
• Press the sensor button twice in a row to adjust the volume. If you have a gateway product, you can also adjust the volume through the APP. You can adjust it to mute or low volume during sleep.
