• Why can't the gateway connect to Wi-Fi?
• a. Use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5 GHz is not supported.
• b. Make sure the Wi-Fi name and password contain only letters and numbers.
• c. Keep the gateway within 10 m / 32.8 ft of the router with minimal obstructions.
• Why can’t the sensor pair with the gateway after the gateway has been added?
• Make sure the gateway is added to the app and online. During pairing, press and hold the sensor button until the app shows it is added. Keep the sensor close to the gateway. If not detected, restart the app, check the gateway network, and try again.
• Why does the device frequently lose connection?
• a. Keep the gateway within 10 m / 32.8 ft of the router and the sub-device within 100 m / 328 ft of the gateway.
• b. Reduce walls, furniture, metal objects, or other barriers between them.
• c. Replace the sub-device batteries if low.
• Why do sensors placed side by side show significant differences in temperature and humidity readings?
• After unboxing or moving the device, temporary reading differences are normal. Please allow about 10 minutes for the device to acclimate to the surrounding environment before comparing the readings.
• Why does my temperature monitor keep switching back to °C even after I set it to °F?
• This is caused by temporary power or WiFi disconnection, which resets the unit to its default °C setting.
• Prevent: Use stable power supply and reliable 2.4GHz WiFi within 32.8ft of the router.
