• No. This water leak sensor does not include a hub. To use the sensor, please purchase a BroadLink Hub (GW4C Hub or RM MAX) separately.
• How do I set up the device when I receive it?
• Use a coin to open the back cover, insert the button battery, and close the cover securely before using the sensor.
• How do I reset the device?
• Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds, then release it. The blue light will flash rapidly, indicating configuration mode.
• How do I add the device to the app?
• First add a Hub to the BroadLink Magic Home app. Then add this sensor and follow the prompts in the app to complete setup.
• Why can’t I configure the device successfully?
• Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, reset the device to configuration mode, tap Add Device in the app, and follow the on-screen steps.
