• I connected sound board to my iPhone 13/iPad 6 (or other model which has Lighting port ).
• Probably you are using a fake or non-MFi lightning adapter. Sound board requests the adapter which support audio input&output, most of third party brand adapter just support output, non-input. Pelase purchase the adapter from Apple official.
• When I use BT with a phone to go live, audience heard the terrible sound, and they can`t hear the SFX and music.
• The BT is for suplying music only, can not be used to live. When you use BT to go live, actually the sound board is not at your audio transportation line. Solve: Please connect phone to sound board`s PHONE port to go live.
• Live broadcast without sound
• In your computer's “Sound settings”& Record/Live APP, set your playback(output) and recording(input) devices to
• “M100” as default and adjust the volume.
• Why does the right/left USB port not transport data to my Windows computer?
• If you are using a old Windows computer. It may sound board`s one or two USB port no data output. You just need to change the default format to 44.1KHz in the properties advance setting. Reason: Old Windows maybe lost some system files.
