• Does this indoor camera support 5Ghz Wi Fi connectivity?
• No, it doesn't support 5G, it can only connect to 2.4G Wi-Fi.
• If you use EERO, you need to disable [advanced settings] and 5G for a while to get the 2.4G devices connected. Once done, you can reenable the settings.ith no any subscription or sd card.
• Are these home security cameras truly wireless?

• Unable to connect the camera to Wi-Fi during setup?
• 1. Confirm your phone is under 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
• 2. Entered the correct Wi-Fi password.
• 3. Place camera near the router to ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.
• 4 Check indicator light is flashing blue twice per second. If not, reset the camera.
