• Please let us know If your usb output/input devices all support USB 3.2 Gen 2,but the transmission speed not reach 10gbps with the hub.
• Not all usb c port and usb c cable support 10gbps, please distinguish carefully.
• Can all the ports be used simultaneously, especially multi usb hard drive?
• Yes, if you used some low power devices, the hub supported all the usb ports work at the same time.we recommend not using more than two SSD/ hard drive devices simultaneously. It will ensure the hub work more stable.
• why some wireless usb devices (like mice) doesn't seem to work properly
• Because the frequency of USB 3.2 is too close to the frequency of wireless & 2.4Ghz wifi, they may interfere each other sometimes. Please plug wireless adapters on the laptop directly or using the 5G Wifi
• All the ports on the hub up to 10Gbps Speed?
• It is not suggested to use 4 ports to transfer files at the same time. Since all devices will share bandwidth and cannot get 10gbps from each device at the same time
• Can this hub be used with smartphones/ tablet?
• Yes, if your smartphones/ tablet supports OTG function,you could transfer or read data from other usb devices with the hub
