• 1 . I f you use the DP/HDMI port as video input, please connect both of them at the same time. if only connect one of them, and there will be only one video output.
• 2 . If you only need one video output, please note that the source connected to “DP in” will output to “HDMI out 1”, and the source connected to “HDMI in” will output to “HDMI out 2”.
• 3 . I f you use the USB-C port as video input, please make sure to use the USB-C to USB-C cable provided in the package or a USB-IF-certified cable that supports a USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable with the 10Gb/s data rate.
• 4 . P lease make sure to use a USB-C laptop that supports DP alt mode and DP MST mode. Only support dual 4K@30Hz and mirrored mode on macOS.
