• Note Before Purchase: Designed for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (5GHz not supported). A neutral wire is required. The wiring setup must include line, ground, fan load, and light load wires, with separate load wires for the fan and light (shared wiring is not supported). The ground wire is positioned separately within the internal wiring layout for structural and safety design purposes and should be properly identified before installation. This switch is designed for single-pole only and is not compatible with 3-way or multi-location setups
• Compatibility & Application: This smart fan control is compatible with non-smart, dimmable light bulbs only, supporting up to 150W for LED/CFL and 300W for incandescent bulbs. It is not compatible with smart bulbs, non-dimmable bulbs, or lighting fixtures with built-in controls. The switch supports 4-speed AC ceiling fans up to 1.5A. It does not support fans with remote controls, smart fans, DC motor fans, or exhaust/vent fans. Any canopy receiver module must be removed before installation to ensure proper operation

• No. The ground wire is included with the switch but is positioned separately from the other conductors. Please inspect all wires carefully before installation and verify that the ground wire is present and securely attached.
• Can I use this switch in a 3-way setup?
• No. This model supports single-pole installations only and is not compatible with 3-way or multi-location circuits.
