• HOW DOES IT WORK? — The Centralite water sensor can be placed on any non-conductive surface, like granite, glass, brick, or tile. Ideally, look for areas near or under a home's most common source of water leaks, such as a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, or toilet. The conductors on the underside of the sensor will alert you at the first indication of excessive moisture or liquid that they encounter so you can address the issue swiftly and avoid costly and devastating water damage.
• EASY TO USE — The Centralite water sensor has “pull-to-pair” joining. The device ships with the battery pre-installed, and all that is needed to begin the joining process is to pull out a small plastic tab from the bottom of the device.
• COMPATIBLE — The Centralite water sensor is entirely ZigBee HA 1.2 certified and is guaranteed to function with all open ZigBee HA 1.2-certified hubs and devices.
